Michelle is a civil litigator whose main areas of practice include contractual & tortious disputes, corporate & commercial litigation and constitutional & administrative law.

Michelle has experience in handling litigation matters across all Court levels in Malaysia, including matters involving multi-million ringgit contracts, tortious disputes (including negligence and trespass), corporate fraud, the exercise of statutory powers and duties, and judicial reviews against public decisions. All-in-all, Michelle works to formulate creative offensive and defensive litigation strategies for her clients.

Apart from her main areas of practice, Michelle is committed to expand her expertise towards the areas of environmental law and human rights. Michelle is also involved in STSP's Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, which is in line with her professional and personal philosophy to give back in ways that make a meaningful difference to the communities to which she dedicates her practice.

In her spare time, Michelle is an incredibly competitive (amateur) badminton player, avid NBA/F1 fan and enjoys singing. She very much enjoys a challenge (whether it be legal or recreation) and will be taking on her first half-marathon in December 2022.
