Hadi maintains a broad-based practice which includes general litigation, asset and debt recovery, disputes with local authorities, energy theft and fraud, land matters including tenancy and compulsory land acquisition, and general torts with particular emphasis on infrastructure and public utility and energy providers.

His strength lies in his ability to understand every facet of his clients’ businesses including the technical details and communicate these complexities to obtain winning outcomes for his clients.

Recently, Hadi successfully defended a client against a RM99 million counter-claim for purported tort and breach of statutory duty. Hadi has also on numerous occasions acted as lead counsel for the nation’s premier electricity licensee in recovering substantive amounts in loss of revenue due to meter tampering and outstanding electricity charges. His range of knowledge and personable manner are key to his expertise as an advocate for his clients.
