Apart from his dispute resolution practice, Jeremiah regularly advises corporations and prominent individuals on an array of regulatory issues, particularly in the areas of securities, anti-money laundering, privacy and telecommunications laws. Most notably, Jeremiah is part of a team that is currently advising a special purpose vehicle on the rollout of 5G in Malaysia.

Jeremiah also has a keen interest in financial regulation and cryptocurrencies. He completed a dissertation in this area of law during the course of his Master’s degree and has since conducted a seminar for the Kuala Lumpur Bar and published several journal articles on cryptocurrency regulation in Malaysian legal journals.

Jeremiah is presently a member of the Malaysian Bar’s Corporate and Commercial Law Committee; IT, Innovation and Future in Technology Committee; and National Young Lawyers and Pupils Committee.
