The Insurance Arbitration Workshop Programme 2023 is organised by the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), aimed at stimulating discussions of insurance disputes in the arbitration realm and vice versa. The day-long event shall be held in person on Tuesday, 21 March 2023 at the Regent Auditorium at AIAC in Bangunan Sulaiman.

The Firm’s Senior Partner, Mr T. Sudhar, will be speaking in Session 3, together with Ms. Sitpah Selvaratnam and Mr. Foo Joon Liang on the topic of "The Key to Drafting Good Insurance Arbitration Decisions and Open Forum Discussion on the Insurance Arbitration Scene in Malaysia".

The session will be moderated by Mr Shannon Rajan.
